HPFM was established in 1999 by Mark Hunter to provide a highly-focused commercial real estate investment management platform. Initially with a UK focus, the past decade has seen the team develop a strong track record in added value investment strategies that appeals to investors not only in the United Kingdom but increasingly in Central Europe which forms the foundation of our current offering by driving value and income returns.
The team has consistently delivered investment strategies that target assets, mispriced across the real estate cycle, where value can be created through growing and enhancing income. Over the course of its history HPFM has delivered a number of funds and portfolios to divestment and demonstrated the importance of timely exit strategies.
