Mark worked initially in London before moving to Scotland where he formed Conroy Hunter, later sold to Chesterton. He subsequently became Chairman of Chesterton Scotland, a Director of Chesterton plc and National Director of Agency outside London. Having conceived the Northern Retail Property Fund (now Retail Plus Property Trust), he formed HPFM in 1999. Since then he concentrated exclusively on his fund management activities and he has since been responsible for the launch and growth of the company’s other Funds as Head of Property Investment. Mark is a member of the investment committee of the National Trust for Scotland.
