HPFM was established in 1999 by Mark Hunter to provide a highly-focused commercial property investment opportunity for substantial investors. Assets under management are around £300m.

Through HPFM (Guernsey) Limited, HPFM is authorised by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to manage investments.
