With yields in the range of 6.5% - 9%, the Fund offers attractive income returns to investors with potential capital growth in all sectors as the accession countries become more integrated into the EU including, ultimately, joining the euro.

HPFM Prague s.r.o has been established to manage the Central European investments on behalf of this Fund. As well as asset management, the office also carries out property management on the Czech and Slovakian properties as well as corporate compliance.
